Fingernail Doctor Type Fingernail Infection?

Fingernail infection? - fingernail doctor type

I cut the nails of the other days, and cut the ring finger in "too close, so I had skin type / Break It Off. Lol a little hurt, but I do not think anything about it. So today I was really insightful look at work to touch, and perhaps a bit inflated, idk.
I only know that it hurts to write or play guitar.
Are these signs of an infection? Serious enough to make going to a doctor cares? Or maybe I can cure me? lol no idea!
